Distance Reiki/Energy Healing Session
Reiki works on an energetic level (the quantum level), where everything is connected. As such, Reiki can be sent to anywhere in the world,
with healing received in exactly the same way as an in-person treatment.
Distance Reiki treatments last for approximately 1 hour with time provided after the session to chat through what has come up for you.
I will usually ask to have a call with you in advance of the session to discuss your specific needs and answer any questions you may have.
I will message you shortly before the session is due to start to check you are ready, and then again after the treatment to let you know I am
finished and to chat through the session either then or at a later time.
For most people a Reiki treatment provides a deeply relaxing, almost meditative experience. People often describe a release of stress or anxiety and a general sense of wellbeing.
I work intuitively, allowing Reiki to guide me, to allow whatever healing is most beneficial to you at that time.
Your Distance Reiki/Energy Session
Before your session, I recommend finding a quiet, comfortable space—your bed, sofa or yoga mat—where you won’t be disturbed. You might also enjoy playing relaxing meditation music
to enhance the experience; I can recommend a playlist for you to listen to during your session.
During the session, I’ll connect with your energy field to identify any imbalances or blockages. Using Reiki, I’ll channel healing energy to those areas,
as well as others I’m intuitively guided to, promoting deep relaxation and inner peace. Even though the session is remote, many people feel sensations like warmth,
tingling, or the gentle touch of hands.
The experience is personal and can vary. Some feel immediate relief or emotional release, while others may notice subtle shifts that unfold over time.
You may even feel nothing, which is perfectly okay. Everyone's journey is unique, and Reiki works at the level that is right for you.
Each session is guided by what your mind, body, and spirit need most at that moment, working on all levels to restore balance and harmony.
After Your Reiki Session
Following your Reiki session, it’s important to honor your body and spirit by staying hydrated and embracing a gentle, peaceful pace.
The healing energy continues to flow well beyond the session, helping to integrate the shifts that have occurred.
A mindful walk in nature
can be especially grounding, allowing you to connect with the earth and deepen the healing experience. Trust the process, and allow yourself
the time and space to fully receive the ongoing benefits of the Reiki energy.
